Our Story
Founded in 2011 by Chef Brett Hulbert and Sandra Morris, Portabellos combines their common passion for hospitality with his 30 years of culinary experience in the resort and hotel industry.
Portabellos offers contemporary American cuisine with international influences in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Exceptional craft cocktails, a premium wine selection, and draft and bottled beer complete the well rounded dining experience!
Located close to Longwood Gardens, The Brandywine Museum and many other Chester County attractions, Portabellos highlights the areas reputation as The Mushroom Capital. The menu is “ mushroom centric”, for those wanting to indulge in the locally grown specialties , but has plenty of additional offerings to please a variety of dining preferences! Whether a first time guest, or a repeat visitor, you are treated as family.
